Create your developer app & configure the webhook

Use your own Meta business app and the callback generated for this connection

  1. Open your Meta developer account and select the app connected to your WhatsApp Business Account.
  2. Use the WhatsApp setup/configuration screens in your Meta app. Interface labels may vary by account.
  3. Save the credentials below, then load this connection's webhook details.

Use credentials authorized for your business and its WhatsApp resources. Check the token's permissions and expiry in Meta.

Saving replacement credentials resets connection verification. Access tokens are treated as passwords.

Copy both IDs from the corresponding WhatsApp account in Meta. Saving details keeps the connection pending until verification succeeds.

🔒 Credentials use the existing encrypted onboarding store. Storage must be configured by the portal owner.

Verification uses the existing onboarding flow and sends a test template to a number you authorize. It never runs automatically when you save.
