AI Agents
One clean place for this business's AI. Agents answer from your own knowledge base — never invented. When a question is about price, stock, tracking, a complaint, a refund, an order change, or the AI is unsure, it hands over to a human instead of guessing.
On this page: What AI Agents are · Agents · Knowledge & Chatbot · Single Agent · Your AI key — two ways · Routing, auto-replies & sourcing
Section 1 — What AI Agents are here
What it is: each agent has its own instructions and shares this business's knowledge base. Ask answers stay local — no customer data is sent to a third-party AI unless you attach your own key in Section 5, and even then the key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to set it up, in order: (1) create an agent below, (2) add knowledge entries it should answer from, (3) test it with a question, (4) pick how its answers are powered in Section 5 — your own key, or ask the Super Admin. Nothing auto-sends to customers until you switch auto-replies on in Section 6.
You are setting up AI for business: …. Demo businesses are for trying things out and are named Demo Business; real businesses show their own name here. This page adds no demo label of its own.
Add another business account: the button below opens Client Onboarding — the page that connects a business's WhatsApp with 4 details (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, System User token, App secret). It is for connecting WhatsApp, not for AI settings.
Add account — open Client Onboarding (WhatsApp connection)Section 2 — Agents
What it is: the agents that answer for this business. How to set it up: name an agent, write what it should do, create it — then test it in Section 3 or work on it alone in Section 4.
Instructions start empty — type what this agent should do. Nothing is filled in for you.

Section 3 — Knowledge & Chatbot
What it is: the knowledge base your agents answer from, plus a test box. How to set it up: add question-and-answer entries, then ask a test question and see exactly what the AI would answer — or that it hands over instead of guessing.
Section 4 — Single Agent
What it is: one dedicated agent to work on alone. How to set it up: pick an agent from the same list as Section 2, edit its instructions, enable or disable it, and test it with a question.
Section 5 — Your AI key: two clear ways
This is the choice that powers your AI. Pick ONE way. With no key at all, only the built-in planner answers from your knowledge base — nothing is sent anywhere, and unsure questions hand over to a human.
Path A — Use my own API key
What it is: you paste below the key you obtained from any AI provider, and your AI activates on it. How to set it up: provider base URL, API key, model — Save — then Test. The key is stored encrypted and is never shown, logged or returned by any API again; only configured yes/no, host and model are ever reported.
Path B — Ask Super Admin
What it is: you send a request, and the Super Admin attaches the Super Admin's API key behind the scenes for your business — you do nothing else. How to set it up: write an optional note, press Ask, and watch the request status below. Every step is recorded; a pending or refused state is shown honestly.
Section 6 — Routing, auto-replies & sourcing
What it is: how AI answers are routed, whether customers get automatic AI replies, and which AI sources are allowed. How to set it up: routing is automatic by default; auto-replies stay OFF until you switch them on; sourcing is Super Admin only.
Local routing only — no third-party AI is called by routing itself.
Automatic replies to customers WITHOUT a member — like WhatsApp's AI. Text messages get an auto reply understanding the business; voice messages are read (transcribed) and replied to in text. Default OFF — nothing auto-sends until you switch it on here. A business-set auto trigger (keyword, flow) is separate and keeps working.
Super Admin only: refuse a source to block it for this business. The business can then only pick an allowed source above.
