What does the plan price cover?
The Upvort platform fee and the allowances listed above. Meta charges are separate on your own WhatsApp Business Account.
When does a payment activate my plan?
After your payment reference is reviewed through the existing manual approval process. Submission alone is not activation.
How do I change my plan?
Select a plan and period, create an invoice, and follow the manual payment instructions. A custom invoice amount does not change the plan's listed price.
What if I exceed an allowance?
The comparison shows each plan's limits. Ask your administrator about an upgrade; existing records are not deleted by choosing a plan.
Can I pay in PKR or USD?
Choose a currency before creating the invoice. Payment accounts and the invoice follow that currency only.
Does Starter include API access?
