Upvort policy

1. Only opted-in contacts

Upvort is a Meta WhatsApp software service for businesses in Pakistan. It lets a business manage its own WhatsApp conversations, message templates, broadcasts, flows and order follow-ups in one panel. Upvort does not own your WhatsApp number or your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA): you connect your own WABA and your own phone number, and Meta's own charges for messages stay on your own WABA, separate from any Upvort platform fee.

Upvort is not Meta, not WhatsApp, and not a courier, bank or payment gateway. Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and terms apply to your use of WhatsApp in addition to these pages, and Meta may change its rules, limits or charges at any time.

You may only message people who have clearly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business. Buying, renting or scraping contact lists and messaging them through Upvort is not allowed.

2. No spam, fraud or harm

You must not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, misleading offers, impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit. You must not use Upvort to evade Meta's limits, windows or template rules.

3. Meta's rules apply

Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy and messaging rules apply in full. If Meta restricts, rates or blocks your number, that is Meta's decision; Upvort cannot lift a Meta restriction, and you remain responsible for your own number's standing.

4. Enforcement

Breaking this policy may lead to a warning, a temporary suspension, or ending your access, depending on severity. Where Meta or the law requires it, we may suspend access at once without prior warning.
