Connect Messenger / Instagram
Messenger needs a Facebook Page ID + Page token. Instagram needs an Instagram business account ID + token — and an Instagram business account must be linked to a Facebook Page first; that is Meta's own requirement, Upvort does not link it for you. Nothing is connected until Graph verify + webhook challenge + test send all pass; before that, sends on that channel are refused honestly. Tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown back.
