Setup & Permissions

Connect your Meta catalog and review the access needed for your business

Checking…

Connect Catalog

Enter your own Meta Business Catalog ID to get started

Find the Catalog ID in your own Meta Commerce/Catalog settings. Saving an ID alone does not verify access.

Permissions & Connection Checks

Review these requirements in Meta; unverified checks are never marked complete

Catalog Management catalog_management

Review catalog-management access for the credentials connected to this business. A saved Catalog ID does not prove that Meta grants access.

WhatsApp & Business Management

whatsapp_business_management business_management

Review the access appropriate to your app and catalog in Meta. This panel does not independently certify these permission grants.

Provider permission grants require confirmation in Meta

Catalog Linked to Your WhatsApp Account

Confirm the correct catalog is linked to the intended WhatsApp account in Meta. The existing confirmation below records the owner's statement; it is not a provider verification.

Not confirmed

Webhook & Message Subscription

Manage webhook configuration through WhatsApp Setup. A verified challenge is separate from confirming the required subscription in Meta.
