Flows
A flow is a step-by-step automated conversation. When a customer message arrives, the flow walks its steps in order: it can send a text, photo, video, voice note or approved template, show buttons or a list, ask a question and remember the answer, branch on an answer, wait, tag the chat, assign an agent, call an outside system, or hand the chat to a human. You build the steps on the Flow Builder — this page is where you create, organise, test, publish and roll back flows. A draft does nothing until you publish it.
Step 1 — Create a flow
Name it, pick a group, pick a folder. Creating opens the builder, where you add the steps.
Folders only organise your list. Leave it empty for General.
Step 2 — Your flows
Click a flow name to test it. Every action is on its own row — no flow id to type anywhere.
| Name | Status | Version | Group | Folder | Steps | Actions |

Step 3 — Test the selected flow
Test runs never send a message to a customer — no chat is attached here. The replies below are exactly what the flow would send.
No flow selected yet — click a flow name above.
Step 4 — Versions of the selected flow
Every publish saves a version. Restore puts an older version back as the newest version — the version number goes up, nothing is lost.
Pick a flow above to see its versions.
