Four screens, one system — circling the mark they all belong to. Hover the stage and the orbit pauses, so you can actually read a card.
With three inputs — your WABA ID, Phone Number ID and a System User token. The server verifies all three and only then shows your number as connected. Your token is never displayed back. A second, embedded sign-up flow is planned for when Meta grants it — until then it is not shown as available.
Free-text replies are refused by WhatsApp's own rules, so the panel guides your team to an approved template instead. The window state is shown on every chat, so nobody is caught by surprise.
Yes — from the Marketing Hub. WhatsApp broadcasts use Meta-approved templates and send in safe chunks of 10 per tick, with pause and resume and no duplicates. Email campaigns run from the same hub. Both go only to opted-in contacts — unsubscribed and blocked contacts are excluded automatically — and every recipient gets a real delivered / read / failed result.
Follow-back brings a quiet customer back: a timed follow-up message that goes out when you say, as many steps as you add. Set one from the Follow-ups panel on any chat, or chain steps as a sequence in the Marketing Hub. You add four things — the customer (or an opted-in list), the message (an approved template per step), the time for each step, and how many steps to run. The moment the customer replies, the chain stops by itself. Full detail is on the Follow-back page.
Yes. The public v1 API covers the panel's working endpoints — sending messages, starting broadcasts, reading chats, pushing orders and pulling reports — at 100 requests per minute per key. Your personal API key is shown once and stored hashed; you can regenerate it anytime from Security.
No. Sending detail from a chat creates a pending draft in OMS — no booking, no dispatch, no tracking number is created in Upvort. Booking happens inside OMS, and tracking is read back from the courier through the bridge.
Never. Every chat, contact, order and report belongs to one business. Customer rating signals are aggregates only — counts and a colour band — and never carry another store's details.
It shows as unknown — a dash, not a made-up 0% or an estimate. For example, an open rate with no provider report yet stays blank until real data arrives.
Connect your number, bring your team in, and let the first chat turn into a tracked, rated, delivered order.

How Upvort collects, uses, shares and protects data — including the WhatsApp and Meta data that flows through the panel when a business connects its own number.
Upvort is a WhatsApp business panel that lets a business ("Business Customer") run its WhatsApp inbox, broadcasts, marketing campaigns, AI assistance, order drafts and order-management ("OMS") tracking from one place.
For a Business Customer's own account data, Upvort decides why and how the data is processed. For the messages, contacts and orders that belong to a Business Customer's customers ("End Customers"), the Business Customer is the decision-maker and Upvort processes that data only on the Business Customer's instructions and only to run the panel for them. One business's data is never mixed with, shown to, or used for another business.
Upvort connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta APIs) using the Business Customer's own WhatsApp Business Account. Messages and status updates reach Upvort through Meta's webhooks for that account; replies, templates and broadcasts are sent back through Meta's APIs.
We do not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent or trade messages, phone numbers, contact lists or any other personal data to anyone, and we do not use End Customer data to advertise to them for anyone else.
| Purpose | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Running the panel | Showing and sending chats, broadcasts and campaigns; saving order drafts as your team types; sending order detail to your OMS as a pending draft; reading courier tracking back. |
| Account and billing | Creating, activating, securing and billing your account; plan limits; team roles and permissions. |
| Safety and abuse prevention | Leak blocking, blocklists, consent records, rate limits, audit logs and investigating misuse under our Acceptable Use Policy. |
| Support and guides | Answering your questions and showing status honestly — for example "not connected" when a WhatsApp connection has not passed verification. |
| Legal duties | Keeping records the law requires, and responding to lawful requests. |
We process personal data where it is needed to provide the service you signed up for, where you or the End Customer have given consent (for example marketing opt-in), where we have a legitimate business reason that does not override people's rights, or where the law requires it.
Customer-rating signals shown inside a chat are aggregates only — counts and a green / yellow / red band. They never carry another store's name or details.
We keep account and conversation data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards so you can export records, resolve billing questions and meet legal duties. After that, data is deleted or anonymised as described on our Data Deletion page. Access tokens and API keys are stored hashed or encrypted, access is limited by role and per-function permissions, important actions are audit-logged, and connections use encrypted transport.
If you are an End Customer of a business that uses Upvort, please contact that business first — it controls your conversation and order data, and it can act on your request inside the panel. If the business does not resolve it, contact us through our Contact page and we will route the request to the business and help where we can.
Business admins can disconnect a WhatsApp number and request full deletion from inside the panel, and anyone can follow the step-by-step instructions — including what is deleted, what may be retained and the timelines — on our dedicated Data Deletion page. Deleting your Upvort data also revokes your stored WhatsApp connection token, so the panel can no longer send or receive on that number.
Upvort is a business tool and is not directed at children; business accounts may only be opened by adults (see Terms of Service). If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect. Questions about privacy: use our Contact page and choose "Privacy & data" as the topic.
Home · Company · Terms of Service
The agreement between Upvort and every business that uses the panel — including how an account is created, verified and activated, and what each side is responsible for.
By creating an Upvort account or using the panel, website or API, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use Upvort for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
An Upvort account becomes active only when every step below is complete. Until then the account is in a pending state and WhatsApp sending stays off — Upvort never shows an account or a number as active or connected before verification passes.
Register the business with its real name, a working business email and an account owner. False or borrowed identities are not accepted.
The owner confirms control of the email address. Unverified accounts cannot activate a plan or connect a number.
Enter exactly three inputs — WABA ID, Phone Number ID and a System User token from your own Meta account. Our server verifies all three with Meta. The number shows as connected only when all three checks pass; if any check fails, the account stays not-connected and the failure is shown honestly.
Business verification, display-name approval, template approval and messaging limits are decided by Meta on your WhatsApp account. Activation of your Upvort account does not override a Meta decision, and we will never claim a Meta approval you do not have.
A free trial activates immediately on sign-up. A paid plan activates when its payment is confirmed; plan features and limits apply from activation. Reactivation after suspension or expiry follows the same verification checks.
You are responsible for keeping your token, password and API keys secret. A token is never displayed back after entry; if you believe one has leaked, regenerate it in Meta and in the panel immediately. Activity under your account is treated as your team's activity.
Plans (Trial, Starter, Business, Growth) differ in features and limits, as shown on the Plans section of this website; exact prices and limits for your business size are confirmed with our team before you pay — there are no hidden charges. Subscriptions run for the period you choose and renew only as agreed at purchase. Failed payments may pause paid features after notice. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Prices may change for a future period; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
AI agents, keyword bots and flows act on your configuration and your content. You are responsible for reviewing what they send, especially anything about price, stock, complaints or refunds — which is why the panel is built to hand sensitive topics to a human. AI-drafted replies are drafts until your team sends them where the panel is set that way.
Sending order detail from a chat creates a pending draft in your OMS. Upvort does not book couriers, dispatch parcels or create tracking numbers; booking happens inside your OMS, and tracking is read back from the courier through the bridge. If the bridge is not configured, the panel says so — it does not simulate a connection.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewal, and access runs to the end of the paid period unless you ask us to close sooner. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts other users or End Customers at risk, or is required to stop by Meta or by law — with notice where it is safe and lawful to give it. After closure you can request an export and deletion of your data as described on the Data Deletion page.
We work to keep Upvort available and honest about status, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages or decisions of Meta, WhatsApp, couriers or your OMS. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us for the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Talk to us first through the Contact page — most disputes are misunderstandings, and we would rather resolve yours directly.
Home · Company · Refund Policy
When an Upvort subscription payment comes back to you, when it does not, and exactly how to ask — no fine print, no runaround.
Sample previewBilling question? Ask firstRefunds to the original payment methodThis policy covers Upvort subscription fees — the money you pay us for a plan (Starter, Business or Growth). It does not cover Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges, courier charges, or any third party's fees; section 5 explains those.
The trial plan is free. We do not take payment details to start a trial, so there is nothing to refund on a trial — when it ends, paid features simply pause until you choose a plan.
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Changed your mind within 7 days of first paying for a plan, and the account has not been used to send campaigns or broadcasts | Full refund of that payment. |
| Duplicate charge — the same period was charged twice | The duplicate is refunded in full, automatically once confirmed. |
| Billing error — wrong plan or wrong amount charged by us | The difference — or the full amount, if the whole charge was wrong. |
| We could not activate your account — activation failed on our side and could not be fixed (see activation in the Terms of Service) | Full refund of the unactivated plan payment. |
| Extended outage — the panel was unusable for a prolonged period on our side | A refund or credit for the unusable period, whichever you choose. |
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta on your own WhatsApp Business Account. Upvort never collects that money, so Upvort can never refund it. Questions about a Meta charge belong to Meta's billing support for your account — we will happily help you understand which charge is which.
Use the Contact page and choose "Billing & refunds". Send it from the account owner's email so we can verify the account.
Your business name, the payment date and amount, and the reason — a line or two is enough. Screenshots of a duplicate charge help but are not required.
We check the payment against this policy and reply with the decision and the amount. If we refuse, we say which section of this policy applies and why.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send a refund to a different account or person. Once approved, allow up to 14 business days for your bank or wallet to show it; most land sooner, and the delay is the payment provider's, not ours. We will tell you the date we sent it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no refund is due for that remaining time unless section 3 applies. If you want the account closed and data deleted immediately instead, follow the Data Deletion page — tell us clearly which of the two you want, because deletion is permanent.
Home · Company · Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that keep WhatsApp numbers — yours and everyone else's — safe, trusted and unbanned. They mirror Meta's and WhatsApp's own policies, because your number lives by those rules too.
Sample previewOpt-in contacts onlyApproved templates onlyUpvort runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Every account must follow Meta's Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. If Meta's rules and this page ever differ, the stricter rule applies. A restriction Meta places on your number applies inside Upvort too — we cannot lift a Meta ban, and we will never help an account work around one.
Do not use Upvort to sell, promote or arrange anything WhatsApp's Commerce Policy prohibits or restricts — including illegal products, weapons, tobacco and related restricted goods, adult products and services, alcohol where restricted, deceptive financial products, and anything aimed at exploiting or endangering minors. Do not send misleading offers, fake discounts, impersonation of another business or person, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Replies, order updates and support for your own customers; approved-template campaigns to your opted-in list.
Big first-time campaigns, new templates and new numbers — warm up gradually, exactly as Meta recommends.
Cold lists, spam, deception, prohibited goods, ban evasion, or messaging people who opted out.
Customer data inside your account belongs to your business relationship — use it only to serve those customers, as our Privacy Policy describes. Selling contact data, exporting lists for another business, or keeping data after a customer has exercised a deletion right are all breaches of this policy.
We act in proportion: a warning and guidance for a first, fixable mistake; pausing campaigns or specific functions for repeated or risky behaviour; and suspension or closure for spam, deception, prohibited goods or ban evasion. Where Meta restricts a number, the related functions stop with it. Serious abuse may be reported to Meta. If you believe we acted on a mistake, contact us — enforcement decisions can be appealed through the Contact page.
Received spam or abuse from a business using Upvort? Tell us via the Contact page with the sender's number and a screenshot or the message time. We investigate every report and act under section 7.

How to delete your data from Upvort — from inside the panel, through this website, or as a customer of a business that uses Upvort. This page is also the data-deletion address we provide for our Meta app review.
Sample previewDeletion is permanentToken revoked on deletionWe verify identity before deleting anything: a request must come from inside the account, or from the account owner's verified email, or — for end customers — be matched to the phone number in the conversation.
Sign in as the account owner or an admin with the data-deletion permission.
Disconnecting revokes the stored System User token immediately, so the panel can no longer send or receive on that number. Meta-side data in your own WhatsApp account remains yours, under Meta's controls.
One connected number, one member, or the full business account. Export anything you need first — deletion cannot be undone.
Type the confirmation the panel shows you. You receive a deletion reference number on screen and by email — quote it in any follow-up.
Choose the topic "Privacy & data deletion".
Include the business name, the connected WhatsApp number (if any) and the words "Data deletion request".
We reply to verify the request is genuine, then process it on the timelines in section 7 and confirm completion with a reference number.
If you chatted with a business that uses Upvort and want your conversation data deleted, contact that business first — it controls the conversation, and it can delete your chat data and exclude you from all future campaigns inside its panel. If the business does not act, write to us via the Contact page with the business's name and your WhatsApp number; we will pass the request to the business, require it to act, and confirm back to you. Deleting your data with a business also removes you from its marketing lists — it will not message you again through Upvort.
Meta / Facebook data note: data Meta holds in your own Facebook or WhatsApp account is controlled by Meta, not Upvort. Deleting your Upvort data removes everything Upvort stores — including the connection token — but does not delete your WhatsApp account or your Meta business account; you manage those in Meta's own settings.
| Data | On full account deletion |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp connection | Token revoked and deleted; WABA / Phone Number ID link removed. |
| Conversations & contacts | Messages, notes, labels, follow-ups, ratings and contact records deleted. |
| Orders & drafts | Chat order drafts and panel order records deleted. (Drafts already sent to your own OMS live in your OMS — delete them there too.) |
| Marketing | Lists, opt-in records, campaigns, sequences and results deleted. |
| Team & API | Member profiles deleted; API keys revoked and deleted. |
| Backups | Removed on the backup cycle in section 7. |
A small set of records may be retained where the law requires it or to prevent fraud: invoices and payment records for tax and accounting, security and audit logs, and a record that a deletion happened (your reference number). Retained records are kept only as long as required, are never used for marketing, and are never shown to another business.
Connection tokens are revoked immediately when you disconnect or confirm deletion — sending and receiving stop at once, even while the rest of the deletion completes on the timeline above.
Deletion is permanent: the account, its chats and its history cannot be restored. If you later return to Upvort, you start with a fresh account and reconnect your number through the normal verified steps in the Terms of Service. Questions about a deletion in progress: quote your reference number on the Contact page.

Each key may make 100 requests per minute. Broadcasts started through the API follow the same safe chunking as the panel — 10 messages per tick, pause and resume, no duplicates. The full endpoint documentation lives inside the panel, next to your key.

No shortcuts and no fake "connected" badges — the panel flips to connected only when Meta verifies your number, and every later step is just as plainly shown.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number with exactly three inputs: WABA ID, Phone Number ID and a System User token. The server verifies all three with Meta before anything shows as connected; your token is never displayed back. The full walkthrough — including the Setup Wizard's app and webhook steps — lives in the Get Started journey.
Chats land in the shared inbox. Keyword bots and AI handle the routine; anything sensitive — price, stock, complaints, refunds — hands over to a human. Every chat shows the customer's rating band and the state of the 24-hour window, so replies are always within WhatsApp's rules.
The agent fills the order form inside the chat — it auto-saves as they type, per chat, so a half-finished form is exactly where they left it hours later — and sends the detail to OMS as a pending draft. Courier booking happens in OMS, where it belongs; tracking is read back and told to the customer. Account activation terms for all of this are in the Terms of Service.

The questions every business asks before connecting a number — answered the same way the panel behaves: honestly, including what happens when something cannot be done.
With three inputs — your WABA ID, Phone Number ID and a System User token. The server verifies all three and only then shows your number as connected. Your token is never displayed back. A second, embedded sign-up flow is planned for when Meta grants it — until then it is not shown as available. The guided version is on the Connect page.
See the API page.
See the Privacy Policy.
New paid plans carry a 7-day cooling-off window, duplicates and billing errors are always refunded, and Meta's own charges are never ours to refund because Meta bills them on your account. The full rules are on the Refund Policy page.
From inside the panel (Settings → Data & Privacy), or through this website. Step-by-step instructions, what gets deleted and the timelines are on the Data Deletion page.
One inbox for the whole team: assign chats, tag them, add notes, snooze follow-ups, and move every conversation through your sales pipeline — with the customer's rating and reply window always in sight.
Sample previewRating · GreenWindow openNotes, labels, follow-ups, orders, rating, teammates, contact, sales stage, block and chat actions — each a slide-in panel on the chat you are already reading. Hide the side panel and the conversation goes full width. The follow-ups panel has its own walkthrough on the Follow-back page.
Pick an approved template and an opted-in audience. The campaign sends 10 messages per tick; pause it and it stops cleanly — resume and it continues where it left off, with no burst catch-up and no recipient ever messaged twice. Blocked and unsubscribed contacts are excluded before the first chunk, automatically.
A customer asked, went silent, and the sale quietly died. Follow-back is the timed nudge that brings them back: set it for any time you choose, add as many steps as the job needs, and it stops the moment the customer replies — so every quiet chat gets another chance to become an order, without your team chasing it by hand.
Sample previewDay 3 follow-back · sentReply received · chain stoppedThe customer on the chat in front of you, or an opted-in audience for a sequence. Blocked and unsubscribed contacts are excluded automatically, before anything is sent.
Pick an approved template for the step — variables like the customer's name and the product fill in per person. While a chat's 24-hour window is open, a normal reply works as the step instead.
Each step carries its own delay: later the same day, the next day, after a few days — whatever fits the conversation. It goes out at the time you set, not before.
One gentle reminder or a chain of several — add step after step. There is no chasing by hand in between, and a reply at any point stops the rest of the chain on its own.
Why it matters: most quiet chats are not refusals — they are customers who got busy. A follow-back set once, at the right times, gives each of those chats another chance to turn into an order, while your team spends its time on the customers who did reply.
The handover rule: price disputes, stock promises, complaints and refunds are sensitive. Upvort's automation is built to hand those to a human — and under the Terms, you stay responsible for what your bots send.
Customer, item, quantity, COD amount, full address and city — typed as the customer tells them, bit by bit. Every word auto-saves immediately, per chat, so the form survives switching chats and long gaps exactly as left. Values your member typed are the source of truth; anything collected automatically only fills empty fields, never overwrites.
"Send to OMS" sends detail only: the order lands in OMS as a pending draft — no consignment number, no courier, no dispatch. Booking happens later inside OMS, in one click, when courier booking is due. The chat then shows the OMS draft number so the customer conversation and the order stay linked.
The band is computed from order outcomes — delivered and returned counts — read through the OMS bridge. A duplicate guard watches the same source: if this customer already has an order for the same product, sending another detail stops with a warning listing the existing order, and proceeds only after an explicit member confirmation. Genuine repeat orders stay possible; accidental doubles do not slip through.
Rating signals are aggregates only — counts and a colour band. They never include another business's name, orders or notes, as the Privacy Policy sets out.
Every function can be switched on or off — and shown or hidden — per member, on top of plan and business defaults. An admin-only page stays admin-only; a member who should not see billing simply never sees it. Restricted pages refuse with a plain message, by design.
Phone numbers and payment-account details are the two things a rogue message can steal a business with. The leak blocker watches outgoing content for them, and the blocklist, consent records and data-deletion tools complete the set — the same tools the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Deletion page rely on.

Sign in to your Upvort panel with the email and password of your account — the same one-screen login as the real panel.
Live sign-in connects to the real Upvort panel. Your session is kept in this browser tab only, and it lasts 24 hours.
One screen, your business email and password. Spaces at the ends are trimmed for you. After login you land directly on your dashboard. Your session is kept in this browser tab only, and it lasts 24 hours.
In the live panel, step 1 sends a verification code to your account email. This preview shows the full flow's shape without sending anything.
The code only goes to the email already on the account, and a reset signs out other sessions. If you did not request a code, ignore the email — your password does not change. Account owners with two-factor authentication keep that protection after a reset.

Three fields create your trial account — the same signup as the real panel. After signup you land on your trial dashboard: every function opens in detail, but nothing runs until your plan is activated.
Sample previewFree trial · 14 days100 contacts · 250 messagesLive signup connects to the real Upvort panel.
The trial is for checking how things work. Past 100 contacts, a paid plan takes over — every plan's limits are on the activation page.
First account = admin. The first account created for a business becomes that business's admin.
Passwords are hashed, never plain. Your password is stored with PBKDF2 hashing — never in plain text, never shown back.
One account per email. An email that already has an account is refused at signup — log in instead.
Email verification never blocks sign-in. You can sign in straight away; verification is a trust step, not a locked door.
Book an appointment and our team will set everything up with you — or message us on WhatsApp and we will take it from there.
Signup creates your trial account, and you land on the trial dashboard.
Every function opens in full detail — but it stays locked and does not run. See the trial dashboard →
Choose a plan on the activation page and submit your payment proof there.
Your activation waits in that status until a human reviews the proof. The dashboard stays locked meanwhile — nothing half-opens.
Review passes, and only your plan's functions and limits open up.
Two connection methods, honestly labelled: Method 1 — the three-input connection on these pages — is live today. Method 2 — Meta's Embedded Onboarding inside the panel — is a future path that needs Meta's grant (business verification, app review, tech-provider enrolment) first. Until Meta grants it, it is never shown as working or available. Full wording is in the Terms of Service.

Page 3 of the journey. Enter your WABA ID, Phone Number ID and System User token; the server verifies all three with Meta, and your number shows as connected only when every check passes.
Meta confirms the account exists and the token may act on it.
The number must sit inside the same WhatsApp account — a number from elsewhere fails, honestly.
Expired or under-permissioned tokens fail with the reason shown — the account stays "not connected" until all three pass.
After connection, templates are created into your own Meta WABA and only Meta-approved templates are sent. Meta's charges stay on your own WABA — Upvort never pays Meta on your behalf. Disconnecting later revokes the stored token immediately; see Data Deletion.
Home · Get Started · Setup Wizard
Page 2 of the journey. Before the three-input connection, Meta itself needs three things prepared inside your own Meta account. The wizard walks each one, in order, with checks.
In Meta for Developers, create an app for your business and add the WhatsApp product. This app is the bridge Meta recognises between your WhatsApp account and Upvort. It stays your app, under your business — Upvort never asks for your Meta password, and this step happens entirely in your own Meta session.
Point the app's webhook at the callback address the wizard shows you, subscribe to message events, and set a verify token you invent yourself. The same value goes into Meta and into the panel — that match is how Meta proves the webhook is yours. Invent one now to see the shape of it:
Generated on this device only, for illustration. In the live wizard you type your own token in Meta first, then paste the same value into the panel — and you can change it anytime in both places.
In Meta Business Settings, create a System User, give it the WhatsApp permissions on your account, and generate its permanent token. Note your WABA ID and Phone Number ID from the WhatsApp account page. Those three values are exactly what the next page asks for — the wizard ends by handing you to it.
Health, shown honestly: the panel's Connection page reports Meta configured?, webhook set?, and approved-template count at all times. If a step is incomplete, it says so — nothing is shown as ready that is not.
Home · Get Started · Trial Dashboard
This is where signup lands you. Click any function and its full detail opens — what it does, how it works, what it needs. But on an unactivated trial the function itself does not run: it stays locked, with one clear next step — take a plan and activate it.
Free trial · 14 days · The whole panel is visible — functions unlock on activation
What it does, how it works, what it needs from you. Exploring is free and unlimited.
The function does not send, save or change anything. You get the lock notice and the activation step, every time, until activation.
Submit your payment proof on the activation page; your status shows pending-manual-activation until a human reviews it.
Once activated, exactly your plan's functions and limits unlock — the trial's own small limits if the trial is your activated plan, a paid plan's larger limits if you upgraded.
Honest by design: a locked function never pretends to work. No fake sends, no fake saves — the detail is real reading, the lock is a real lock, and activation is the only key.

For a small team selling daily on WhatsApp.
For high-volume sellers who automate hard.
For growing brands with a full sales team.
Prices are confirmed with our team for your business size — the limits above are exact. Meta's own messaging charges always stay on your own WhatsApp account.
Its functions and limits — listed above, in the open — are exactly what will open for you. Nothing from a bigger plan leaks in.
Use the form below in the live panel: your plan, your payment reference, and anything the reviewer should know. The free trial has no payment — choosing it goes straight to review.
Your activation waits in exactly this status. Nothing opens yet — the trial dashboard stays locked while you wait.
Activation is never automatic. A person checks the proof against the payment; if it cannot be verified, you hear why — and activation failures on our side are refunded under the Refund Policy.
Your plan's functions unlock at its limits. Then invite your team up to your agent limit and set per-function roles.
While you wait, this is the status you will see: pending-manual-activation (sample chip — your live status appears in the real panel)
The legal wording of activation — including Meta-side requirements that stay Meta's — is in section 3 of the Terms of Service.
Before you start: keep your WABA ID, Phone Number ID and System User token ready — they stay yours and are never shown back.
When it worked: the chat shows a rating band and the OMS draft number.
